Fred Reed has a new book called “A Grand Adventure-Wisdom’s Price” where he writes “Fred’s latest collection of sedition, outrage, and affronts to civilization. Discounts for departments of forensic psychology and abnormal anthropology. The photo is from rural Cambodia in 1974, M16 supplied by the Pentagon. Buy it. We know where your children go to school.“
Now you know what to do, buy a Kindle, open an account and buy the book!
Why not? I did!
Now you may ask, who is Fred Reed? That is a good question and I am glad you asked because if you are tired of the same ole stuff on the nightly (not) news then you should occasionally take a peek at Fred’s obviously one-sided slants and rants on America (Remember the Romans or the Ottomans?). Here are a few of my favorite columns: Intelligence?? Agencies, or how about the War in Afghanistan (Remember that?), or a walk down a slippery slope to Egypt.
Here is what little I know about Fred, all written by hisself…
As He Tells It
“Fred, a keyboard mercenary with a disorganized past, has worked on staff for Army Times, The Washingtonian, Soldier of Fortune, Federal Computer Week, and The Washington Times.”
“He has been published in Playboy, Soldier of Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Harper’s, National Review, Signal, Air&Space, and suchlike. He has worked as a police writer, technology editor, military specialist, and authority on mercenary soldiers. He is by all accounts as looney as a tune.“
